Our Kamadhenu Chettinadu Charitable Trust, was found PL. Visalakshi,,aged 53, the Managing Trustee and managed together with her 2 daughters, Valliammai and Sivagami, the other trustees. Visalakshi is partially disabled, she lose her sight of one eye since about 5 due to an accident. Sivagami born handicapped. Their main capital is their mind to serve the poor, disabled and the society. ; They are motivated to form this Trust and serve the society, by their father Kasi Arunachalam Chettiar, aged 82, living in Malaysia., having some good experience in Social services there.,
The Trust is properly registered at Karaikudi Sub registrar office and also obtained the approval of 12A and 80G of the Income Tax department.
A soft opening function was held on 16th October , 2022 and beginning the service by giving Groceries worth of Rs750/- plus Rs200 cash as Deepavali Gift to 24 people, mostly disabled, and by serving food to all of them and to the Donors and guests, at the registered office, 66. C.M.Street, Karaikudi.
Firstly To zee the poor community around Karaikudi, develop and enjoy, economically self content life, health care, education for children, by educating them (by multiple educational camps) to increase their income, through best yielding agricultural methods, the business opportunities, arranging dry lands cultivation works,, arrange Cold rooms to store their fruits and vegetables.
Built Educational Institutions, including special schools for all types of disable with Hostels. Medical Clinics, Labs, Pharmacy, and Xray and Scaning Centers. Industries to support disable, Lease or buy dry lands to cultivate and to give employment to poor farmers . Farm a Gosala and accommodate cows and built milk plants to pack milk and also to process Chanam and Komayam. We will also help farmers by buying milk. We will market milk and Vegetable and Fruits from our farms and also purchased from farmers around Karaikudi and if necessary will carry to far cities like Chennai
We will try to produce value added products of the Milk, Chanam and Komayam, and also the vegetables and fruits.
All these institutions and businesses, further to some development of Karaikudi , also will give employment of thousands of poor people and the farmers also will benefit from their agricultural products and by our educational camps
